公正性和保密承诺 Impartiality and confidentiality commitment
为确保认证活动的规范性和有效性,本公司郑重承诺:
1.公正性
a)认证服务向所有的申请组织开放,不附加任何不正当的财务或其它条件。
b)公示已获得的认证领域和收费标准。
c)仅在已获得的认证领域内提供认证服务。
d)认证审核遵守的准则是管理体系标准和公司认证规定。
e)不提供任何形式的认证咨询服务。
f)审核员不从事认证咨询服务,不接受任何礼品、礼金,不参加消费性的娱乐活动和宴请。
g)不从事影响认证公正性的产品开发和商业活动。
2.保密
a)全体成员遵守公司保密管理要求,对从事认证活动时获得的或产生的客户的经营管理、技术等专有信息予以保密。
客户专有信息包括:
- 申请组织提供的申请资料及文件;
- 认证活动中所获得的有关信息;
- 申请组织、获证客户档案;
- 其它专门确定的保密信息,包括国家认证监督管理部门、投诉人提供的有关客户的信息。
b)需向公众公开的获证客户信息,包括获证客户的名称、相关认证标准、认证范围和地址或多场所认证范围内总部和所有场所的地址及其认证状态的信息。
c)客户的专有信息未经其书面同意,不向第三方披露。当法律法规要求时,除法律限制外,提前将拟向第三方提供的客户专有信息通知相关客户。
In order to ensure the standardization and effectiveness of certification activities, the company solemnly promises:
1. Impartiality
a) The certification service is open to all applicant organizations without any improper financial or other conditions.
b) Publicize the obtained certification fields and charging standards.
c) Provide certification services only in the certified areas.
d) The criteria for certification audit are management system standards and company certification regulations.
e) Do not provide any form of certification consulting services.
f) The auditor shall not engage in certification consulting services, accept any gifts, cash gifts, or participate in consumer entertainment activities and banquets.
g) Do not engage in product development and commercial activities that affect the impartiality of certification.
2. Confidentiality
a) All members shall abide by the confidentiality management requirements of the company and keep confidential the business management, technology and other proprietary information of customers obtained or generated during certification activities.
Customer proprietary information includes:
Application materials and documents provided by the applicant organization;
Relevant information obtained in certification activities;
Application organization and certified customer files;
Other specially determined confidential information, including information about customers provided by the national certification supervision and administration department and the complainant.
b) The certified customer information to be disclosed to the public, including the name of the certified customer, relevant certification standards, certification scope and address, or the address and certification status of the headquarters and all places within the multi-site certification scope.
c) The customer's proprietary information shall not be disclosed to a third party without its written consent. When required by laws and regulations, in addition to legal restrictions, inform relevant customers of the customer proprietary information to be provided to third parties in advance.
