获证组织信息通报制度 Information notification system of certified organization

1、获证组织必须如实将获证组织信息及时通报公司。

通报内容如下：

1）法律地位、经营状况、组织状态或所有权的变更；

2）组织和管理层（如关键的管理、决策或技术人员）；

3）获证组织体系覆盖人数的变更；

4）联系地址和场所的变更；

5）获证管理体系覆盖的运作范围的变更；

6）接受省级/国家质量监督部门的产品抽查结果，接受当地环保部门环保检查结果；

7）管理体系和过程的重大变更；

8）顾客申诉、投诉的情况

9）获证组织发生质量环境安全事故

10）其他方面的变更信息。

2、若获证组织通报不及时或不属实，造成审核无效，一经发现，公司将视具体情况予以暂停认证证书使用或撤销认证证书。

7）Major changes in management system and process;

8）Customer complaints

9）Quality, environment and safety accidents in the certified organization

10）Change information in other aspects.

2. If the certified organization's notification is not timely or true, resulting in invalid audit, once found, the company will suspend the use of the certification certificate or revoke the certification certificate according to the specific situation.
